BT broadband sites NA

Hi All, I am unable to access certain sites through my broadband - .gov.uk (tax the car) or co-op banking.  Through my  mobile devices I switch  off wifi and get through no problem using the phones data and likewise on other peoples internet I can get through.  Therefore I have deduced it is the broadband supply that is restricting my access. I have activated and deactived web protect and waited 48 hrs on several occasions and still no access. Anyone had this and know what to do?  Thanks

have you tried using a different browser?  are you using your home wifi not the unsecured BTWIFI?
