We have BT Halo 1 and Sky Q.
We are frequently informed by messages on the Sky Q box that the internet connection cannot be found and therefore we cannot watch certain products we have from Sky.
Even on resetting the connection, we find it drops out again quickly, especially over night.
Anyone else experienced this issue? Or knows how to deal with it?

which hub version do you have? can you split the networks?
I would select the wireless channels manually and not automatic try setting 2.4ghz to channel 1 and the 5ghz channel to 44
halo is an add-on and will not affect your sky q
