BT super fibre 1

After numerous calls, lodging a complaint, having my connection escalated twice , I still have no service. Moved into a new build and have”fibre to home” box has green lights but has not been connected in the cabinet. First promised to be connected on 26th Nov.....still nothing !!!! In this day of technology I need my internet, cannot keep in touch with family in Australia on a mobile....BT please sort this, it’s beyond ridiculous now .

if you have FTTP then you need to phone 08005874787

Already have, countless times. Last time was within the last hour, that’s when we were told it’s being escalated again!!! Please sort this ASAP

all FTTP problems are dealt with by the dedicated FTTP and mods here are not able to help with your order
