After a couple of months of problems - and many different solutions offered on Microsoft Formus I have now discovered what has been causing me problems accessing One Drive. After activating BT Web Protect I routinely got the message when clicking on my shortcut links to One Drive:
Cannot securely connect to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.
The good news is: Switching OFF Bt Web Protect has fixed this problem!
Seems like some further software testing is needed!
