BTHomeHub 5 Drops outs all the time!

I recently got this new BTHomeHub 5, really a big improvement over wireless and Ethernet however I've been so disappointed since it updated.....

As we'll with the PPP Errors I've noticed that before the connection drops out it does this, read a lot of these posts and it seems to also be affecting ADSL :o...:

Not sure why it does this but I do remember that the HomeHub 3 had problems like this. Luckily my HomeHub 5 doesn't restart itself but it keeps losing connection and it's getting frustrating >:(. I've noticed only a few of these PPP errors on the HomeHub 4 but my connection never used to drop out ever 10 or under hours!

Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem?

Thanks

Re: BTHomeHub 5 Drops outs all the time!

Hi kenkyle236,

The disconnects can often be caused by issues with the line. Can you use the 'contact the mods' link in my forum profile to send in your details and we'll look into this. You can find the link by clicking on my username.

Thanks

Neil
