Back to Mac setup NAT-PMP or UPnP Smart Hub 6

I've looked around for the settings to enable either NAT-PMP or UPnP so that I can use Back-to-mac and what I find is that I get send to the port forwarding page on the router. That is fine bu I don't know what to do from there. Do I need to select a specific port for this? Haven't found any instructions so hopeing someone would please post them here.

That is, I assume the Smart Hub 6 supports this? If not, do I need to get a decent 3rd party router? BT has told me that we have to have a BT one in order to get the BT TV channels. Certainly trying an default settings router to hand did everything except BT TV - so maybe there is something proprietary about it?

Thanks in advance
