Bandwith limitation on BT Infinity

Hi, I am trying to download a file from MEGA.NZ but the Megadownloader comes up with the following error,

"The server returned error (509) Bandwith Limit Ecxeeded". I never had this problem before, till now . What is current BT Infinity Bandwith limit? How can I check/increase it?  Or what is the other solution to this matter?  Regrads

Its the server reporting that it has no more capacity, its nothing to do with your connection.
