I'm being asked to return kit or pay £60.
I never asked for or received new kit, never signed up, and do not enjoy being told I owe kit and/or £60. I phoned to get help, spent 1 hour waiting for support.
This is really bad.
Same thing has happened to me.
Is this a scam? I never asked to return kit, upgrade.
What has happened is 40+ minutes on hold trying together this sorted.
