If its the new Smart Hub 2, you cannot do it.
Please note: the Smart Hub 2 doesn't have this capability as it's designed for use with Complete Wi-Fi.
If you have the Smart Hub2, it is not possible to split the bands. A very serious omission by BT in my opinion.

I have reset the router factory settings and tried all three modes ...still no connection. The speaker is sat next to the router. i have bounced this one to Bowers & Wilkins as i cant seem to find a solution yet. Thanks for your help to date.
Thanks for your help today. I have found a solution which was to uninstall the bowers & wilkins installer app and rely soly on itunes airplay to do its thing. Worked a treat in the end but took some getting there !!
