Broadband Upstairs

The last few weeks my daughter has been unable to access any internet on any device in jer upstairs bedroom. Nothing has been added and there should be no reason for anything to drop or alter. There is no access via her tablet or Xbox etc... Not sure if I need to et a booster or if the router is an issue ?

Try ONE factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. This can often sort out problems.
