I have just received a new smart hub 2, I've now got two new black disks but my coverage in the house is poor, BT are sending a third disk.
I used to have a home hub 6 with 3 white disks I purchased. I have been told these disks will work with the new hub.
I go through the process, the white disk syncs then when I take the ether net cable out and wait for the disk to turn blue, it does not it stays red. I have done a factory reset on them and they still won't turn blue after syncing.
How can I get these to work with my new hub please?
The Whole Home Products is not the same as the BT Complete WiFi and you can't mix them. if you are using just the Whole home ( White discs) then you can't have complete WiFi also the first disc must remain connected via the Ethernet port.
