Re: Broadband fault in my area - BT support non-existent

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum.  The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.

This is the BT Policy on compensation which I found with an Internet search.

https://www.bt.com/help/account-and-billing/automatic-compensation

and Ofcom

https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/costs-and-billing/automat...

Thanks. Please could you tell me in which areas of the UK Openreach has lifted Covid-19-related restrictions? Then I can find out whether we qualify for BT's generous £8 a day compensation.

OK. Several more hours waiting on the phone to look forward to, then.

Thanks.
