Broadband not working

I have had an engineer out 1 week ago saying my wi-fi is fine however soon as he left the property everything went pear shape. My wi-fi keeps disconnecting on a regular basis, constant orange flashing light. Everytime time I use a device to browse, it’s says this connection is not private?? BT is by far the worst provider I have ever been with, currently trying to cancel with them, don’t sign with these idiots!

if your hub light is going orange then you are dropping internet conenction hence why you are losing wifi conenction

is there any line noise  try dial 17070 option 2 and should be silent and best with corded phone

have you tried using the test socket with filter especially if you have extension sockets in other rooms
