Broadband

I am moving home on September 25th and have been told that I need to wait for an engineer to ensure appropriate broadband connection on 14th October.  That is nearly 3 weeks without  broadband and as my wife and I both work from home, it's going to be a nightmare.  Is there no way BT can ensure we have a broadband connection sooner!!!  We are moving into a property that does have a telephone/broadband connection.

Yes and that was the date they gave me (14th October) to connect broadband

BT need at least 14 days notice of a home move, the longer the better.

It Openreach that do the work, and they have to deal with other providers as well, so you will be in a queue.
