Bt Complete WiFi problem

I've just received my new bt hub and 1 disc. All were set up correctly via the manual and app. I have moved the bt disc to a room and it has connected fine. My problem is nothing is connecting to the disc but only the main bt hub? Can anyone help me with this?

Please can you confirm whether its the Complete Wifi from BT

or the Whole Home Wifi system. as your subject title suggests?
