I have had BT broadband for a number of years and last week we had sky q installed.
since then our devices, tablets and phones, keep disconnecting from the broadband. It’s happened a number of times today alone and it’s starting to get very annoying .
when I do a BT check everything comes back as okay.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Do you have Smart Set up enabled on your BT Hub?
Some customers find that turning off Smart Set up can help their wireless connection.
