Bt home hub 6

Hi there, whilst not a technophobe, I have struggled with by hh6 since 2016. Devices (including iPhone, Mac, android phone & Dell pc saying they are connected - no internet connection) have had several hh sent out, BT techinal team help, and still the problem persists. Pay a lot of money for a poor service. Now have smart tv and no internet connection. Any help pls

Try a factory reset of the home hub.

Then turn off smart setup.

Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs.

Is the problem only with wireless connected devices, or are Ethernet connected devices affected?

Do the lights on the home hub change colour when you get no Internet connection?

If you are getting a blue light on the home hub, and no Internet connection, after checking everything else, then this thread may be of help.
