my Bt hub 3 drops the wireless signal hower all the lights on the hub stay blue. If I reboot the hub I get a signal, BT say line is fine but can send out an engineer. They explained there could be a cost if no fualt is found or it's my wiring, I don't have any thing attched to the hub. I asked about a replacement hub, NO. So looks like I will have to buy my own hub to see if that sorts out the problem. I have also tried factory reset.
