If connecting by Ethernet cable works OK on your laptop it would appear that the problem is with your PC and not the Homehub or the connection.
What operating system is your computer using?
It could be that your computer has IPv6 selected. Try disconnecting it as follows:
In the search field type.ncpa.cpl and press enter.
In the new window right click on your wireless network connection and select properties
In “This connection uses the following items” section remove the tick beside Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) then press OK
Left click on Internet Protocol IPv4, click properties . Check the options to obtain IP address and DNS server address automatically.
Once done try and connect to internet.
127.0.0.1 is just a loopback address to your own PC. Try setting 220.127.116.11 manually and see if that sticks
Seems very odd. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling your Network card and updating the drivers from the manufacturers site.
