CCTV CONNECTION

Hello..

I sincerely apologise for the intrusion, however I message with regard to my cctv systems.

it is an analogue system simply connected to router via Ethernet cable.

since installation everything has worked well.

3 weeks ago we were sent a replacement router.

since then, mu dvr network diagnostics say:

gateway......ok

network.....err

i have rebooted, turned off and ensured dhcp enabled.

is it the ‘open http port’ inside the router and if so, how do I access the router to open the port?

All responses greatly appreciated.

if you received a new hub did you turn off smart setup as this often causes problems
