CISCO Anyconnect VPN connection issues

Trying to connect via VPN to company SAN. I can connect no problems through all other wireless routers other than my home BT Infinity homehub 3. The connection starts but it keeps saying connecting, while this happens I cannot connect to the internet. This applies to both my laptop and desktop. Tried cable connection to the router but still not working. Anyone have any ideas? Tried WPA only but still no joy.

Thanks Keith

Tried this already. Does nothing. Tried port clamping too. Again, nothing. Tried different security settings WPA and WPA2. No joy.

Re: CISCO Anyconnect VPN connection issues

If you used an Ethernet cable, then wireless security would not be involved.

One thing that can cause a problem, is when the remote private network has the same private IP subnet as the home hub.

The home hub uses 192.168.1.xxx.

This may be the same as your remote end, and you may have to change the subnet of the home hub to something different like 192.168.0.xxx.

If your are on an option 1 broadband, then IP address sharing may be affecting the connection.
