@V_Meldrewwrote:

I can open that site from your link OK, maybe it was just a temporary thing?

I can also confirm it works fine for me at the time of posting.

Just to add to the thread. It does not work for me using various browsers nor searching for the site and trying to access it direct rather than using the posted link.

It works fine on 4g.

If it helps, I accessed it using Firefox and manual DNS settings of 8.8.8.8(primary) and Open DNS primary server acting as my secondary

Tried changing DNS settings but it made no difference, still no access.

I accessed it with Firefox and Edge, using BT default DNS settings and a smart hub 1, also just tried and the website loads just fine.
It works on my Android phone using Chrome with wi-fi and via 4G which is on EE.

I have no parental settings enabled and disabled smart setup.

It is now working fine on Chrome without any changes being made.

Thanks all who have helped. It does seem to be working fine for me now also.

Again, thanks for your support. The kids have got no excuse now not to do their homework 🙂
