Can't connect to internet

Having problems connecting to my broadband, it doesn't ask for a password just keeps saying cannot connect! Not sure what to try but have tried turning off the router and re starting to no avail...

How are you trying to connect to the Homehub, are you using a wired connection or a wireless connection?

 

Have you previously been connected?

 

What type of device are you trying to connect with?

which hub have you got.

what colour light is showing on the hub.

 

if using ethernet cable try one of the other yellow sockets on the back of the hub.

if using wifi and its a computer is the wifi turned on on the computer.
