Can’t connect to internet

First day and already problems router won’t connect to tv but broad band is fine 😔

no big mad extension leads just tech problems have updated software no joy very frustrating.

Make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Homehub.

Are you connecting with Ethernet or wireless?
