I used to be able to log in to My BT and access my email from within my account. I could also use the My BT app on my phone to check my network, set up discs etc
Recently, something changed. I can still log in to email on my MacBook. But, when I try and access my BT, it immediately flips back to the Login screen and continues to loop round.
Similar issue on the app - it just keeps prompting me to enter a correct BT id and password.
I can still access all my email addresses individually, so not a huge problem but I would like to see my usage, bill etc and get back into the app to be able to monitor my broadband performance etc.
I welcome any help on this issue, including which Board to post this on.
