Cannot connect to Home Hub Manager

Cannot connect since I renamed my 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels.

I used a space and bracket which I don't think works - i.e. BTHomeHub (2.4GHz)

However I cannot now access the Home Hub Manager to rename the networks.

I have tried to access via:

api.home

192.168.1.154

bthomehub.home

Re: Cannot connect to Home Hub Manager

I suggest you try a factory reset of the hub

Have you tried connecting with an Ethernet lead?

Re: Cannot connect to Home Hub Manager

I eventually fully reset the Home Hub and was able to access Home Hub Manager again.

Couple of learnings:

1) When splitting and renaming the 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz networks do not use spaces or brackets.

2) To properly reset the Home Hub, need to keep the paper clip in the reset button until the orange light shows, rather than taking it out after 15 seconds
