Cannot connect to Smart Hub )although internet is ok)

Hi,

Whether through a wired connection or wife, my laptop (Win 10) cannot access the Smart Hub A 'log in' page.

Whether I use the url  (http://bthomehub.home/0000013200/gui/#/main/ ))or whether i use 192.168.1.254.

Internet generally is ok, although been disconnecting a lot recently, which is why i wanted to get to the event log.

i CAN connect using my wie's laptop (also win 10) via wireless.

I have also renewed the ip via the windows powershell.

I disabled kaspersky (which my wife also uses) disabled firewall, and still no joy.

Hi @Hangerhead,

Did you manage to get this sorted? If not, can you try factory resetting your hub and then trying to access the hub manager using BThomehub.home

Give that ago and let me know how you get on?

Thanks
