Changing router

Go to solution

So hope I'm not in the wrong board.  It is a very simple problem:  I simply want to change my router to a new later version.

So far I've followed the Hub Manager guidance, changed the hardware, created  the network, started up connection and the thing isn't recognised.

Revert to the old router, wait to be connected, wait until limited connection is granted.  Restart everything and finally connect using the old router with full access.   What am I doing wrong please?

Re: Changing router

when I get a new router the first thing I do before even connecting to internet is change the SSID to the old hub and that way when I connect to internet my devices connect easily as if it were the old hub

you should also turn of smart setup

Turn Off smart setup
