Cisco AnyConnect VPN Issues

I keep having issuing connecting my work laptop (a Dell) to my work’s VPN (via Cisco AnyConnect). When attempting to login the certificate becomes corrupted resulting in AnyConnect dropping into a loop of disabling then attempting to repair the VPN connector.

This has begun happening since switching to BT.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any known issues?

Try turning Smart Setup off.

Make sure you are opted out of Web address Help.
