I have recently started at a new company and was sent a laptop that connected to their network. Despite the laptop being a high end spec. (compared to my home laptop) the performance is much slower to the point I was unable to use Teams for video calls. I ran a number of tests with our IT helpdesk and when I run a speed test which failed with a socket error. They use Sophos Endpoint which I was able to turn off, but the problems persist. My boss was working fine through a Hub 6 but has just moved house and is now on a Smart Hub 2 and is suffering from the same performance issues. Any thoughts?
Hi - thanks for your response. I have done this and the speed test worked. I will try Teams at work tomorrow and see if that works now too.
