Complete WiFi Setup failing in MyBT app

I've just replaced an old Home Hub 5 with the Smart Hub 2 and Complete WiFi disc, all seems to be working as expected.

However, the MyBT app is prompting me to set up the devices, which is failing when trying to connect. I either select my SSID and enter my password, or connect via QR code, and can see my phone cycling connections and connecting successfully, but the app errors out saying it failed to connect.

I wondered if this was an Android 10 incompatibility so tried it on my partners phone but seeing the same behaviour.

As I say, everything seems to be working outside of the app itself so is there any way to resolve or bypass this setup?

Welcome to the Community!

If you are unable to get the app to work then you are able to connect them by using an ethernet cable to your router, wait until the disk until turns blue and then put it in the location.

If you want to change the SSID of your new network, you can go to 192.168.1.254 and change it.
