I’m having problems connecting a Surface Pro to the HH2. Although I know it’s the correct password, every time it’s entered I receive a message that it is incorrect. I have iPhones, iPads, laptops and desktops already connected so know that it works. Am I missing something?

Try turning off Smart Setup.
If that still does not help, then change the wireless mode.
Try mode 2 or 3.
