I have BT fibre and I have been using my own Netgear nighthawk router for the past 4+ years without issue.
Since this morning the router doesn't connect to the BT network - I have to use the actual BT router to gain access to the internet.
Has any connection details changed?
No.
Factory reset the Netgear & set it up again.
If still no joy, check for a recent firmware update & maybe roll back to a previous one.
