Connections

I'm getting so frustrated trying to watch T.V in the bedroom and it just keeps on freezing constantly telling me I have network issues. According to my app there's no faults and the speed is fine well I beg to differ, if T.v wasn't attached to the wall it could of been out the window

I assume you are using wireless connection not Ethernet so what have you tried?

which hub version are you using?

Hi yes its via wireless also how would I know what my Hub is its old I know that much

I've reset everything turned off on moved hub

have you turned of smart setup

Have you tried changing wireless mode from 1 to either 2 or 3
