Hello All,
I've just had full fibre setup to my home, all running as expected. However I noticed what may be a bug(?) with the router in that if you alter the default DHCP range and use my own, once leases expire on existing devices in the main do not adhere to the new range. I've had a few that do pick and address from the new range but most don't... its very odd.
Actual example below of what I am setting:
My BT smart hub 2 is on firmware version v0.37.00.07084-BT
Feedback greatly appreciated.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Check to see if the affected devices are attempting to connect on a reserved address which is no longer in the DHCP pool. Failing that try a factory reset of the hub
i.e.
Aye that's the fix.
It's a bit frustrating in that case how the hub enables that feature by default.
