DNS Issues for our website - BT users cannot access it

Hi All, is there anyone on this forum who works for BT ?

I work for the marisapeer website ( https://www.marisapeer.com) and believe we have an issue with our DNS.  The majority of our website users who use BT internet/home hub cannot access our website.

Please can this be looked at urgently?

Thanks

Hi there,

I'm not a BT business customer. This is affecting residential users.

Thanks.

Hi @marisapeersupport,

I've checked the page from a few different connections and it appears to be working fine?

Have you contacted your host? It looks to be GoDaddy/Cloudflare.

Thanks

I've already checked with Cloudflare. There are no issues with the DNS settings. If they were wrong, no-one would connect.

It's only BT internet users who are having a problem.

Very interesting, but seems to resolve to a GoDaddy hosting problem and one of the 'fixes' mentioned (using Cloudflare and moving DNS away from GoDaddy is what we already have in place.

And our IP address is not blacklisted.
