Are you still using an old Deco model which are not WiFi 6 capable https://www.tp-link.com/ph/home-networking/deco/deco-x80-5g/? If so, the toggle might not appear. But if all your Deco units are X55 or in another Wi-Fi 6 model, try to update the app itself so that you can have access to certain features.
