Decode my error log - Repeated disconnects - caused by Humax Box?

Hi All,

Hoping for some help - we are having regular disconnects of the whole internet. if you're browsing a website it connects to the BT problem solving page etc. TV stops, game consoles disconnect etc.

Last night we had 4 or 5 disconnects in about 3 hours or so. Downloading the error logs - screenshots of each incident are below.

We have a Homehub 6. Connected (hardwired) to it are a synology nas, a non BT Mesh wifi system, a Hive Hub and a powerline adapter.

Looking at the logs it looks to me as if IP address 192.168.1.253 is causing an issue - would this be right?

If so this is our Humax / BTYouview box - it's connected to the powerline sockets as the wifi was always a bit flakey.

Could this be the route cause of the issue?

Any other ideas?

Many Thanks in advance.
