Hi all, We received an email from BT just before 5pm in the evening on the day of the activation of our Wifi. They did not give us any reason for the delay, just stating that they will be moving the date back more than a week.
I assume the delay is your broadband activation which in turn means you will have no wifi.
are you switching providers? if so who is your existing provider?
there could be many reasons for delay and I doubt there is anything you can do but wait
