Digital Voice with WiFi 6 router

Hi,

Have a question about Full Fibre + Digital Voice + 3rd party router for WiFi 6.

I know very little about networking and all the guides and videos I've seen have left me pretty confused. After a bunch of searching though I came across this method:

TP-Link Archer AX72 with Operation Mode set to Access Point, connect Smart Hub 2 LAN to TP-Link WAN, and disable WiFi on the Smart Hub.

Seems very straightforward. Is the router OK and will this work? Digital Voice will work, Smart Hub will be responsible for everything except WiFi, which will be handled by the TP-Link and relayed through the Smart Hub?

If the TP Link is set to AP mode you need to connect the hub to a LAN port rather than WAN port. You also need to give the TP Link and IP address outside of the DHCP range of the hub (e.g 192.168.1.10) and Gateway 192.168.1.254

Assuming you want to waste your money that is.
