Does anyone have the direct phone number for the FTTP team? The general support staff appear to have no idea what FTTP is and I'm sick of being hung up on due to **bleep** poor staff.

The connection is running at 10% of what I can "get up to" but I've been getting max speed (300 down) for the last 3 weeks.
