Hi, I have been having problems with my broadband for the past couple of months and had 3 visits from Open Reach. The engineers have said I need a new hub but the BT service just keeps sending engineers....! Does anybody know how to get a new hub without actually leaving BT?
Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your broadband connection which the engineers have put down to the hub.
We will need to take a look into this for you, normally the engineer will put in the notes that the hub needs to be replaced and we will arrange for one to be sent out. I have sent you a private message.
