Dual Band Dongle

I have a dual band dongle. I am operating Windows 7 Home Premium.

1) When I insert the dongle, it is not recogised automatically by the laptop (does not appear in Windows Explorer) so does not automatically load the driver.

2) When I download and run the Windows 7 software for the dongle, I gets to the point where it displays the terms and conditions, but the window is restricted so the 'accept' button does not appear. Pressing 'enter' does not work and I am unable ro proeceed. The window is not re-sizeable. Changing the screen resolution does not help.

I have spoken to BT customer services but their conclusion was that the dongle is not compatible with Windows 7 Home Premium !!!

Help!

Re: Dual Band Dongle

If you've disabled the internal adapter all should be fine. Unless the  USB adapter is faulty ?
