I have a home hub 4.0 router, type A. For 1 year I have had anEE Femtocell box attached to it providing 3G cellular signal in my house and routing it through the internet.
It has stopped working and EE tell me this is because BT have changed the router software remotely. Is this true?
There was an issue affectin a number of users, but this has been fixed.
Try restarting the home hub, and then the EE box, and see if it works now.
