Hoping a moderator picks this up and direct messages me to organise this return?
Last year replaced our “Home hub 4.0 type A” with “Smart hub 2”, was under the impression we would
be sent a returns package, nothing ever came.
Assuming BT want this back, can this be organised, or do I just dump it?
