How long have you had the item you are trying to dispose of?

Thanks for the prompt reply, believe it was 2016, changed to Halo3 May last year.

Hi, This link is maybe out of date, there is no "return equipment" tab, is it possible to have a returns bag sent to me?

[If you need another bag or need one sending to a different address, you can order one easily by logging into My BT and selecting 'Return equipment' under 'Return your BT kit'. ]
