Yep this is the exact problem 😞 I wonder what randomly caused this, you think they will resolve it soon and fix it ? as it says January 2019 which was roughly when mine started too.

I have a Netgear router which has QoS but it really doesnt do anything or im just not using it right,
I put my console to about 30% Bandwidth allocation so it gets more correct and put the device that is taking the bandwidth (one using netflix) put this down to about 5% upload allocation or should I be allowing it to have more or what? Not really sure

Hope this gets fixed soon
