I have BT whole home wifi. In the app it says that two of my discs need a firmware update. If I click 'Update firmware' I then get to a page that makes me hit 'OK'.
I get a spinner, and the spinner goes away.
But the app still says that I need a firmware update.
I've turned everything off and on.
How do I get the firmware update working?
For the record in 'Disc Details' it says that the firmware version is:
The problem could be that the firmware is correct but the app is incorrectly reporting that it needs to be updated.

I have updated the firmware but the app is telling me an update is required for one the discs? should help so can you take a look and let me know how you get on?
That didn't work.
That description assumes that I have one near the router, with ethernet, and one remote without ethernet.
In this case both are connected directly via ethernet to the router. I have an office in the garden and have an ethernet cable to it from the router. So I have my office disc and my hallway disc, both connected by ethernet cable to the router.
Do we know what the current firmware version is?
