Full year not 1 issue 2 weeks from end date just randomly disconnects me

I've had my broadband a full year not a single issue 2 weeks from my end date and just disconnects all the time. Is this bt saying they don't want me renewed custom?

Check you phone line for dial tone and noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent. Any noise is a problem and needs to be reported as phone fault to 150
