It is not a BT problem.
It may be that your browser is clearing out the cookies when you close the browser and as such it is not storing the information that you have agreed to Google's policy.
Depending on which browser you are using you could try searching for a forum regarding the browser or search for Google forum and see if you can get help there.
Have switched browser from Mozilla Firefox to internet. Explorer. Mozilla clears everything that is stored after computer is shut down. So far I have had no repeat of any policy requests. It looks as if problem may be solved. Time will tell.thank you.
